1. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

By Appointment Only:
All visits to Charleston Springs Farm are by appointment only. Please book in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation Policy:
All tickets to our events are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled to future dates or future events. If an event is cancelled due to weather or an unforeseen issue on our end all tickets will be automatically refunded.

2. EVENT PARTICIPATION

By attending an event at Charleston Springs Farm, you agree to follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions to ensure the safety of guests, animals, and staff. We reserve the right to remove any guest who behaves inappropriately or jeopardizes the safety of others or the animals.

Children:
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Allergies and Health Concerns:
Guests with animal-related allergies or health concerns should consult their doctor prior to attending.

3. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

We may take photographs or video during events to use for promotional purposes. By attending an event, you grant Charleston Springs Farm the right to use your likeness in marketing materials, social media, and future promotional campaigns.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
